By accessing and using this website, attending our webinar, or purchasing any of our products/services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use this website or purchase any products or services.

2. Program Overview & General Disclaimer

This program is designed to provide training, tools, and strategies for martial arts gym owners. While we provide proven systems, we make no guarantees regarding individual success, revenue, or results. Any testimonials reflect past client experiences but do not guarantee similar outcomes for all users.

3. Payment & Billing Terms

One-Time Payment Option (Best Deal): $17,900 (Single Payment)

Quarterly Payment Plan: $6,000 today, then $6,000 every 3 months until canceled (30 days’ notice required).

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, PayPal, or other third-party payment processors.By completing your purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the agreed-upon amount.

4. Refund & Guarantee Policy

🛡️ 60-Day Implementation Guarantee (Performance-Based Refund Policy)

We believe in our program 100% and stand behind its ability to help grow your gym. However, this guarantee

ONLY applies to the Pay-in-Full ($17,900) option. The Quarterly Payment Plan ($6,000 per quarter) is NOT eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

How It Works:

✔️ Step 1: Implement the program for a minimum of 45 days using our guidance.

✔️ Step 2: If you do not see measurable improvement in retention, revenue, or lead generation, notify us in writing before Day 60.

✔️ Step 3: We will work 1-on-1 with you for 45 days to refine your strategy, adjust implementation, and help maximize results.

✔️ Step 4: If, after 45 days of direct 1-on-1 support, your gym has not experienced measurable progress, we will refund up to $5,000 of your investment.

📌 What Qualifies as "Proof of Implementation"?

To qualify for the guarantee, you must demonstrate that you have:

✅ Fully Set Up & Integrated the CRM & Scheduler– Must be properly installed and functional.

✅ Implemented Basic Systems & Frameworks—Includes pricing structure changes, sales scripts, and follow-up processes.

✅Executed Marketing Strategies—Must have actively run paid ads and/or organic marketing (documented proof required).

✅ Attended Coaching Calls & Followed Action Steps—Must show good faith effort in following assigned tasks.

🚫 What Voids the Guarantee?

This guarantee does NOT apply if:

❌ You select the Quarterly Payment Plan ($6,000 per quarter) instead of the Pay-in-Full option.

❌ You fail to complete at least 80% of the assigned action steps within the first 45 days.

❌ You miss or skip any scheduled 1-on-1 sessions.

❌ You request a refund before implementing the required steps.

❌ You do not provide documented proof of implementation.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions

All training materials, templates, scripts, and strategies provided in this program are protected under copyright law. You may not share, distribute, copy, or resell any materials without written permission.Unauthorized distribution will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

6. Access & Account Termination

Program access remains active as long as payments are made according to your plan.If a payment fails, you will have 5 business days to update your payment method before access is revoked.We reserve the right to terminate access without refund if you violate these Terms & Conditions.

7. Liability Disclaimer

We are not liable for any financial losses, business decisions, or damages resulting from participation in this program.The information provided is for educational purposes only and should not be considered financial, legal, or professional business advice.

8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be handled through binding arbitration in Philadelphia.This agreement is governed by the laws of Philadelphia.
